The Arizer Solo is the vaporizer that put Arizer on the map, and it is still in the range because it does one thing very well: clean, tasty vapour from simple, proven parts. The air passes through a ceramic heater and a borosilicate glass stem into a stainless steel bowl, so there is no plastic in the path. That is a big part of why the Solo built its reputation on flavour.
It is a session device with seven preset temperatures. You pick a setting, give it a minute or two to heat up, and draw through the glass stem. There is no app and no fiddly menu, just a dial and an LED to show where you are. The trade-off for that thick, cool vapour is a fair bit of airflow resistance, so the draw is firmer than a lot of newer portables.
Battery life is solid. A full charge gives you around ninety minutes to two hours of use, or roughly six to nine sessions, and once it is above about a quarter charge you can keep vaping while it charges. The battery is built in rather than swappable, so you plug it in rather than carry spares.
The Solo suits someone who cares more about flavour and simplicity than the latest features, or who wants a proven, hard-wearing device at a lower price than the newer Solo models. If you want faster heating, on-demand hits or USB-C, the Solo 2 or Solo 3 step those up.
We keep the Arizer Solo in stock for same-day delivery across Vancouver, usually in 45 to 60 minutes, and ship it Canada-wide in discreet packaging.

Frequently asked questions
How do you use the Arizer Solo?
Grind your dry herb and load it into the glass stem, then fit the stem into the top of the unit. Turn it on, pick one of the seven temperature settings, and give it a minute or two to heat up. Once the light shows it is ready, draw slowly through the stem. A light, even pack and a slow draw give the best flavour, since the Solo trades some airflow for that thick, cool vapour.
What temperature settings does the Solo have?
It has seven preset settings rather than a to-the-degree dial, running from around 50°C at the low end to about 210°C at the top. Lower settings give lighter, more flavourful vapour and higher ones give thicker clouds. Most people find their spot somewhere in the middle and adjust from there.
How long does the battery last, and how do you charge it?
A full charge gives you roughly ninety minutes to two hours of use, or about six to nine sessions. You charge it with the included adapter, and once it is past about a quarter charge you can keep vaping while it charges. The battery is built in rather than removable, so you plug it in instead of swapping cells.
How do you clean the Arizer Solo?
The glass stem is the main thing. Let it cool, soak it in isopropyl alcohol and rinse, the same as any glass piece. Give the screen and the stainless steel bowl an occasional clean too, and a cotton swab dipped in alcohol clears the mouthpiece. Keeping the stem and screen clear keeps the airflow open and the taste clean.
How is the Solo different from the Solo 2 and Solo 3?
The original Solo is the simplest and most affordable of the three. The Solo 2 adds USB-C charging, a digital display and faster heating, and the Solo 3 goes further with instant heating and both Session and On-Demand modes. All three share Arizer's glass path and flavour, so the Solo is a good pick if you want that at the lowest price and do not need the newer features.
