We deliver same-day across Vancouver and the nearby parts of Greater Vancouver, covering most neighbourhoods from the East Side and Commercial Drive through to Downtown and Kitsilano. Not sure if you're in range? Enter your postal code on our Delivery Areas page and you'll know right away.

Most local orders land in about 45 to 60 minutes. It can run a little longer when traffic, weather, or a busy night slows us down.

We deliver every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. Order before the 10 PM cut-off and it arrives the same day. Anything after 10 PM goes out the next day.

Same-day delivery is free on orders over $70. Under that, it's a flat $9.99. The minimum order for delivery is $20.

Enter your postal code in the checker on our Delivery Areas page and it'll tell you right away whether you're in our same-day zone. If you're outside it, we still ship to you across Canada.

Yes. If you're outside our Vancouver same-day zone, we ship to every province in Canada.

Shipping is free on orders over $85. Under that, you'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Most orders arrive within a few business days, depending on where you are in the country. We'll send tracking as soon as it ships.

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside tells anyone what's inside or who it's from.

We take major credit and debit cards at checkout. On local same-day orders, you can also pick Cash on Delivery and pay the driver when it arrives.

Yes, on local same-day orders. You pay our driver in cash when it reaches your door. Cash on Delivery isn't an option on orders we ship across Canada, since there's no driver there to collect it.

If your order hasn't left yet, get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once it's with our driver or already on its way, we usually can't make changes.

Always. We only stock genuine products from the brands we carry, with no knock-offs and no grey-market stock.

Yes. You need to be 19 or older to order from us. That's the legal age in British Columbia.

Yes. Our driver checks valid photo ID on every delivery to confirm you're 19 or older, so keep it handy. For shipped orders, the carrier may ask an adult to sign on delivery.

For health and safety reasons, some items can't be returned once they're opened. You'll find the full details on returns, exchanges and refunds in our Refund policy. If something shows up wrong or damaged, get in touch and we'll make it right.
