All returns must be initiated within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@snacknmunch.ca to obtain a Return Authorization and RMA number. Once approved, securely package the unopened and unused item along with proof of purchase and send it to the following address:

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days for processing. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been opened or used.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The customer provides an incorrect shipping address at checkout, including errors in house number, street name, or postal code.
If the incorrect shipping details result in the item being returned to us unopened, a refund will be processed after deducting the outbound and inbound shipping costs.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at info@snacknmunch.ca to request a replacement or refund.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product.
