Your order is picked and packed at the shop, not a warehouse. Because we’re open 24 hours, an order placed at 9:50 PM still leaves tonight.
A local driver heads out
Not a courier network. Our own driver, running Vancouver routes, so the timing is 45 to 60 minutes rather than a delivery window.
Show your ID
The driver checks photo ID and hands over the bag. Packaging is plain and unmarked.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Same-day delivery covers the City of Vancouver, from Commercial Drive out to Kitsilano, plus Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver and Surrey. The seven Vancouver areas below are where most of our orders go, and the postal-code checker further down gives you an instant yes or no for any address.
Commercial Drive
We're on it, so this is the shortest run we make. Same-day orders here are the ones most likely to land under 45 minutes, and you can also walk in any hour of the day or night.
Mount Pleasant
A short drive west along Broadway. Main Street, Fraser, Cambie Village and the breweries around Industrial Avenue all sit inside the zone.
Downtown
Granville, Robson, the Central Business District and the hotel district. Delivery to a hotel is fine as long as someone 19+ meets the driver in the lobby with ID. Drivers don’t go up to rooms.
West End
Davie, Denman and everything toward Stanley Park. Give your buzzer code in the order notes. It’s the single most common reason a West End delivery takes longer than it should.
Yaletown
Tower buildings, so the same rule applies: buzzer code and unit number in the notes, and be reachable on your phone when the driver arrives.
Gastown
Water Street and the blocks around it. Daytime parking there is slow, so Gastown orders in the afternoon run toward the 60-minute end of the range.
Kitsilano
The furthest west on this list. Allow the full 60 minutes, especially between 4 and 7 PM when Burrard and 4th Avenue are heavy.
Burnaby, Richmond and North Vancouver
All three are same-day. They sit outside the 45-to-60-minute figure we quote for Vancouver proper, because each one is a bridge or a highway stretch away, so allow extra time and order earlier in the evening if it has to arrive before a set hour. Same fee, same $20 minimum, same ID check at the door.
Surrey
Same-day as well, and the longest run we make. Two bridges on a bad afternoon. If you need it tonight, order well ahead of the 10 PM cut-off.

What are the delivery hours and the same-day cut-off?
Drivers run from 8 AM to 10 PM every day, and the same-day cut-off is 10 PM. An order placed at 9:59 PM is a same-day order. An order placed at 10:01 PM is packed overnight and goes out first thing in the morning.
The shop itself never closes. If you need something after the last driver has gone out, 1409 Commercial Drive is open 24 hours for pickup.
Do I need ID for vape delivery?
Yes. You must be 19 or older to buy or receive vaping products in British Columbia, and our driver checks government-issued photo ID at the door on every delivery, every time. The ID has to show a photo, date of birth and signature, and the person in the photo has to be the person at the door.
We accept the same ID list BC's retailer guide sets out:
- BC driver's licence, including a learner's licence
- BC Identification Card (BCID)
- BC Services Card with photo
- Canadian or foreign passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Canadian Forces military card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status
- Citizen Card
Not accepted, even if it looks official: school ID, transit passes, employee ID, a Social Insurance card, or a photo or photocopy of an ID on your phone. The driver needs the physical card.
There's no way around this one. If nobody 19+ is there to show ID, the driver can't leave the order and it comes back to the shop.

What can I get delivered same-day?
Everything on the site, with a few things people order most:
- Disposable vapes from Geek Bar, Elf Bar, Flavour Beast, Allo, Lost Mary and GCore. All nicotine products we carry sit at or below the Canadian legal limit of 20 mg/mL.

- Snacks and drinks. Snacks go in the same bag as everything else, which is most of why the shop has the name it has.

What should I expect on the day?
A confirmation email the moment you check out, a text or call from the driver when they're a few minutes out, and a plain bag at the door. If the shop is busy, the driver tells you before you're waiting, not after. And if we made a mistake in the bag, message us the same night and we send the right item out on the next run.
Can I pick up instead of waiting for delivery?
Yes, any hour. Snack N Munch is at 1409 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3X8, open 24 hours a day, and there's no minimum for pickup. Choose pickup at checkout, or just come in. Bring the same 19+ ID you'd show the driver. Store hours, map and directions are on our store page.

How long does delivery take?
Most Vancouver orders arrive in 45 to 60 minutes from checkout. Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver and Surrey take longer, because each one is a bridge or a highway stretch away. Timing moves a little with traffic, weather and how busy the shop is.
Is there a minimum order for same-day delivery?
$20. Delivery is $9.99 on orders under $70 and free at $70 and over.
Can I order for delivery late at night?
Up to 10 PM for same-day. After that, the order is packed overnight and delivered from 8 AM. The shop stays open 24 hours if you'd rather pick up.
What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?
The driver calls the number on the order and waits a few minutes. If nobody 19+ can show ID, the order returns to the shop, where you can collect it any time or ask for a refund. Where a delivery fee applied, it isn't refunded on a failed handover.
Do you deliver to Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver or Surrey?
Yes, all four, same-day, with the same 10 PM cut-off, $20 minimum and $9.99 fee under $70. These runs take longer than the 45 to 60 minutes we quote for Vancouver, so order earlier in the evening if it's time-sensitive.
