Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Vancouver and the surrounding Greater Vancouver area, including Commercial Drive, Mount Pleasant, Downtown, the West End, Yaletown, Kitsilano and Gastown. Not sure if you are in range? Message us and we will check.
How long does delivery take?
Most local orders arrive in 45 to 60 minutes. Timing can vary a little with traffic, weather and how busy we are.
What are your delivery hours and cut-off?
We deliver every day from 8 AM to 10 PM. The cut-off for same-day delivery is 10 PM. Orders placed after 10 PM are delivered the following day.
Is there a delivery fee or minimum order?
Same-day delivery is free on orders over $70. On orders under $70, a flat $9.99 same-day delivery fee applies. The minimum order for delivery is $20.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. You must be 19 or older to order, and our driver will check valid photo ID on delivery, so please have it ready.
