The Cupsy is a water pipe built to pass for a takeaway coffee cup. At five inches it sits on a desk without drawing attention, and the ceramic bowl stows in a compartment inside the cup when you are not using it.
The body is stainless steel with a silicone lid and sleeve, so there is no glass to break. A downstem is fused into the lid and feeds a multi-hole percolator, which is where the filtration happens. Fill the cup with water, snap the lid on, pack the bowl and light it. The mouthpiece and percolator are BPA-free plastic.
It is flower only. There is no battery, no heating element and nothing to charge, so concentrates are out. That also means there is nothing on it that can fail electronically.
Cleaning is easier than a glass piece of the same size, since the silicone and plastic parts come apart and the steel body rinses out.

Can you use concentrate in the Cupsy?
No. The Cupsy is built for dry flower only. There is no battery, no heating element and no chamber that gets hot, so there is nothing to vaporize concentrate with. If you want a Puffco that handles concentrate, that is the Pivot at the portable end or the Peak if you want an electronic rig.
How do you set it up and use it?
Fill the stainless steel cup with water, snap the silicone lid on, pack the ceramic bowl and light it as you would any pipe. The downstem is fused into the lid and feeds a multi-hole percolator, so the smoke passes through the water before it reaches you. Do not overfill: just above the end of the downstem is enough, or you will pull water up the mouthpiece.
Where does the bowl go when you are not using it?
Inside the cup. There is a hidden storage compartment for the ceramic bowl, which is one of the more thoughtful details on it. It means the bowl is not rattling around loose in a bag, and the whole thing packs down to a single object that reads as a coffee cup on a desk.
What is it made of, and can it break?
The body is stainless steel with a silicone lid and outer sleeve, and the bowl is ceramic. The mouthpiece and percolator are BPA-free plastic. There is no glass in it, so it will survive a drop that would destroy a comparable glass piece. That is the main practical argument for it over a small bubbler.
How do you clean it?
Easier than glass of the same size. The silicone and plastic parts come apart, the steel body rinses out, and the ceramic bowl can be soaked in isopropyl alcohol and rinsed. Change the water after each session rather than leaving it standing, which is what causes the smell people complain about with any water piece.
