The Dubb holds two 510 cartridges at the same time. That is the entire idea and it solves a real annoyance: if you keep two carts on the go, you normally carry both and swap them over by hand, which means unscrewing a sticky cartridge in public and finding somewhere to put it.
Each bay takes a cartridge of up to 2 grams, so these are full-size carts rather than halves, provided they are no more than 14 mm across and 63 mm tall. Both sit inside the body rather than sticking out of the top, and they connect magnetically to a base rather than threading in, so loading is a push.
A 1.26 inch colour screen shows which cartridge is active, the voltage, your puff count and the battery level. Voltage adjusts between 1.8 and 4.2 volts in tenth of a volt steps, and there is a ten second preheat at 1.8 volts for anything that has thickened up.
You can fire it by drawing on it or by holding the button, whichever you prefer. At 750 mAh it has the capacity to justify carrying two cartridges around, and it charges over USB-C with a cable supplied in the box.

Frequently asked questions
Can I really run two different cartridges at once?
Yes, that is the point of it. Both sit in the device together and you switch between them on the screen, so there is no unscrewing a warm cartridge and looking for somewhere to put it. People generally use it to keep two different strains or flavours going, or to carry a nearly empty cart alongside a fresh one without committing to either.
What size cartridges will it take?
Up to 2 grams each, so long as the cartridge is no more than 14 mm in diameter and 63 mm tall. Those limits matter because both carts sit inside the body rather than protruding from the top. Most standard 510 carts are comfortably within them, but an unusually wide or long one will not close, so measure before you buy in bulk.
Do the cartridges screw in?
No, they connect magnetically to a base. You fit a small magnetic adapter to the cartridge, then it drops into the bay and holds. That is faster than threading and much less messy, since you are not gripping a sticky cartridge and turning it. It also means swapping a spent cart takes a couple of seconds rather than a minute.
Is a charging cable included?
Yes. The Dubb is one of only two Yocan 510 batteries we stock that ships with one, along with the Nestor. The box has the device, a Type-C cable and the manual. Cartridges are not included, which is worth saying because the product photography shows the device with two carts fitted.
Is 750 mAh enough for two cartridges?
It is the right sort of capacity for the job. Running two carts does not use more power than running one, since you only draw on one at a time, so 750 mAh behaves much like it would on a single-cart battery. What you get is convenience rather than extra runtime. Charging is over USB-C when it does run down.
