The UNI Pro solves a problem every other cart battery ignores: cartridges are not a standard size, so on a normal pen-style battery a wide one looks wrong and a tall one sticks out the top. The UNI Pro is a box that the cartridge sits inside, and both the width and the height of that chamber adjust. A dial opens and closes the sides, and buttons raise and lower the base, so the cart ends up flush no matter what shape it is.
There is an oil level window cut into the side, so you can still see how much is left even though the cartridge is enclosed. Connection is a magnetic 510 base: you fit a small adapter to the cart, then it drops into the chamber rather than threading in.
Voltage runs from 2.0 to 4.2 volts with an OLED screen showing where you are, and there is a preheat mode for a cartridge that has gone thick. A fifteen second cut-off stops it firing indefinitely.
It is a 650 mAh device measuring 75.5 by 36.5 by 25.7 mm, with a hanging hole for a lanyard. Charging is USB-C. That is worth flagging because a lot of listings still describe the older Micro-USB version of this mod: the units we stock are the current revision and the port is Type-C.
The appeal is discretion and fit rather than raw capacity. A cart inside a UNI Pro reads as a small box rather than obviously as a vape.

Frequently asked questions
What size cartridges will fit inside it?
That is the point of the device: the chamber adjusts in both directions. A dial changes the width and buttons raise and lower the base to change the height, so a short fat cartridge and a tall thin one both end up sitting flush. It covers the large majority of 510 carts on sale, which is what most fixed-size batteries cannot manage.
How do I see how much is left if the cart is enclosed?
There is an oil level window cut into the side of the body. You lose the full view you get with a cartridge sitting on top of a pen, but you can still check the level at a glance without taking anything apart. It is the trade you make for the cartridge being protected and much less conspicuous.
Does the cartridge screw in?
No. You fit a small magnetic adapter to the cartridge's 510 thread, and then the cart drops into the chamber and holds magnetically. That is what makes the height adjustment possible, and it means swapping carts takes a second. Keep the adapter when a cartridge is finished, since it transfers to the next one.
Is this the UNI Pro or the UNI Pro 2.0?
This is the original UNI Pro. Yocan also make a UNI Pro 2.0, which is built from zinc alloy rather than plastic and is a separate device. The core features, the adjustable chamber, the voltage range and the magnetic base, are shared across both. If you are buying accessories or spares elsewhere, check which generation they are listed for.
Is it Micro-USB or USB-C?
USB-C on the units we stock. This causes real confusion because Yocan revised the UNI Pro partway through its life and a lot of listings still carry the old Micro-USB specification, so you will find both stated online for the same product name. The current revision, which is what we sell, charges over Type-C. A cable comes in the box along with the magnetic 510 ring.
Is the UNI Pro available for same-day delivery in Vancouver?
Yes. Order between 8 AM and 10 PM and it goes out the same day across Greater Vancouver, usually reaching you within 45 to 60 minutes. Orders placed after 10 PM are sent the following day. We ship Canada-wide in plain packaging as well, and it is stocked at our Commercial Drive store for collection.
