A full dab setup usually means glass, a torch and somewhere to keep it all. The Pivot does the same job from something about the size of a pen. Its chamber is a quick-release 3D ceramic bowl with heat sensors in the walls, and because it pulls straight out, loading and cleaning take seconds.
Four heat settings run 500°F, 520°F, 540°F and 585°F, each with its own LED colour, so you can tell where you are at a glance. Blue keeps more of the flavour, white gives you the most vapour. Boost mode extends the cycle by 15 seconds and adds around 18°F when you want to clear what is left in the bowl.
Puffco rates the battery at up to 15 heat cycles, but that figure is measured on the lowest setting, so expect fewer if you run it hot. A flat battery refills over USB-C in about 45 minutes. A separate glass adapter adds water filtration and fits 10mm and 14mm joints.

Lower settings give you more flavour, higher ones give a bigger pull, and boost mode adds extra heat on a single hit.
How do you clean the Puffco Pivot?
The 3D chamber is quick-release, so cleaning is simple. Pull the chamber out and wipe it and the mouthpiece with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol, then let everything dry before putting it back together. Cleaning it regularly keeps the flavour clean.
How many dabs does the Puffco Pivot get per charge?
Up to around 15 on a full charge. It charges over USB-C, and the light bar doubles as a battery indicator so you can check the level with the button. The real number depends on your heat setting and how much you load, so treat 15 as a rough guide.
Can you use water filtration with the Puffco Pivot?
Yes, but not out of the box. Puffco makes a Pivot Glass Adapter that fits 10mm and 14mm joints, so the Pivot can run through glass you already own. It is a separate accessory and comes with its own 3D chamber. Standard kit contents are the base, chamber, mouthpiece, loading tool, cotton swabs and cable, so if water filtration matters to you, budget for the adapter as well.
