The Stella is a pen, not a rig, and it is the cheapest way into Dr. Dabber's concentrate range. What makes it worth a look at the price is the chamber: alumina ceramic with the heating element sealed inside it, so there is no exposed coil for your concentrate to sit directly on. Sealed elements are the difference between a pen you can taste through and one that gives you a mouthful of hot metal on the third hit.
The chamber floats inside the body rather than mounting flush against it. That keeps contact with the rest of the pen to a minimum, which does two things: it holds heat where the concentrate is, and it keeps the outside of the pen cooler in your hand than a fixed chamber would.
Three heat settings plus a preheat, covering 460 to 775°F, and the pen uses TCR rather than a fixed voltage. Instead of pushing the same power regardless, it adjusts the voltage to hold the element where you set it, which is what stops the last part of a hit turning harsh. Five clicks turns it on or off, the standard safety on a pen that lives in a pocket.
Small details finish it. Offset air inlets spin the airflow around the chamber, the mouthpiece is magnetic so it pulls off with a tug, and there is a silicone filter inside it to stop concentrate splashing up. Charging is USB-C with pass-through.

Frequently asked questions
How many heat settings does the Stella have?
Three, plus a separate preheat setting, across a 460 to 775°F range. Some listings count the preheat as a fourth setting, which is where the confusion comes from. Preheat is not a session temperature, it is a short warm-up you run for five to ten seconds on a cold pen before the first hit so the chamber is not starting from room temperature.
What does the sealed ceramic atomizer change?
Your concentrate never touches an exposed coil. The heating element is sealed inside alumina ceramic, so you get heat through the ceramic rather than off bare metal, which is the main reason a pen at this price can taste clean. It also means the atomizer lasts longer, since there is no wick or exposed wire to burn out.
Why does my first hit off a cold Stella feel weak?
Because the chamber is cold. Run the preheat for five to ten seconds before your first draw and the difference is obvious. This is normal behaviour on any ceramic chamber, since ceramic takes longer to come up to temperature than a bare coil does but holds that temperature far more steadily once it gets there.
Why has my Stella stopped drawing properly?
Check the mouthpiece before anything else. There is a silicone filter inside it to stop concentrate splashing up, and that filter is what blocks first. Pull the magnetic mouthpiece off, rinse the filter in isopropyl and let it dry fully. If airflow is still tight, the chamber has likely been overfilled and flooded the airway, so run a short preheat and clear it with a swab rather than adding more.
Which Stella parts can I replace?
The atomizer and the mouthpiece, both stocked here, and there is a combined atomizer and mouthpiece set if you are replacing both at once. The mouthpiece is magnetic so it pulls straight off, and the atomizer threads out. The atomizer is the one that wears, since it takes the heat and the residue every session.
Do you deliver the Stella around Vancouver?
We do. Order between 8 AM and 10 PM and it goes out same-day across Greater Vancouver, typically arriving in 45 to 60 minutes. Anything after 10 PM ships the following day. It also goes Canada-wide in discreet packaging, and at pen size it is one of the easier things to add to an existing order.
