The Alfatron is a disposable pen you fill yourself rather than a device you keep. You load your own oil into the 0.5 mL chamber, close it, and from then on it is sealed. There is no button and no charging port. Draw on it and it fires.
The battery is 350mAh and not rechargeable, so the pen lasts as long as the battery does and then it is finished. That is the whole proposition: no maintenance, no coils to replace, nothing to clean.
The mouthpiece has a child lock, which is worth having on something this small that looks like a pen.
Be clear on what this is before buying. If you vape oil regularly, a reusable 510 battery works out cheaper and wastes less. This suits occasional use, travel, or keeping one filled for a specific oil.

Does the Alfatron come filled?
No. It ships empty and you load your own oil into the 0.5 mL chamber. That is the point of it: it is hardware, not a filled product. Once you close it, the chamber locks in position and cannot be reopened, so fill it properly the first time.
Can I recharge it?
No. The 350mAh battery is not rechargeable and there is no charging port. When the battery is done, the pen is done. If that sounds wasteful for regular use, it is, and a reusable 510 battery is the better buy. This is for occasional or travel use.
How do I use it?
There is no button. Load your oil, close the chamber, and draw on the mouthpiece. The atomizer fires automatically when it senses the inhale and stops when you stop. Draw steadily rather than hard, since pulling too sharply on a small atomizer tends to flood it.
What is the child lock for?
The mouthpiece locks so it cannot be drawn on casually, which matters on a device this small that looks like an ordinary pen. It is not a substitute for storing it out of reach. Everything we sell is 19+ and ID is checked at the door.
Is a disposable worth it over a reusable battery?
For occasional use, yes: nothing to charge, nothing to clean, no coils to replace. For regular use, no. A reusable 510 battery costs more once and then keeps going, and you can adjust voltage to suit the oil, which a fixed 4.2V disposable cannot do. Buy this knowing which of the two you are.
