The mouthpiece houses the dart, so replacing one gets you both. The dart extends when you press the silicone top, picks concentrate up on its ceramic tip, then sits back down in the chamber as the carb cap and splash guard. Worth replacing when the mouthpiece will not come clean or the dart no longer holds position. Fits the Puffco Plus V2.
