Tongs sound like an odd accessory until you have packed an oven with your fingers. These pick material up, move it into the oven and the silicone tamp on the end presses it down to the firmness a conduction oven needs. Stainless steel, so they wipe clean rather than staining. Works with any PAX oven, and with a bong bowl just as well.
