G Pen Connect Cookies Edition

They are the same device. The Cookies Edition carries Berner's Cookies branding and styling, but the hardware, the ceramic heating, three preset temperatures, 850 mAh battery and water-pipe connection, is identical to the standard G Pen Connect.

It connects through glass adapters in the common joint sizes, 10 mm, 14 mm and 18 mm, male and female, so it fits most standard water pipes. Match the adapter to the joint on your piece.

Load wax into the tank, fit the correct glass adapter to your water pipe, and click the tank onto the battery. Power it on, pick one of the three preset temperatures, let it heat, and draw through the water.

Look at the cartridge before the device. Oil that has gone cold sets in the cart and blocks the draw, and a minute in a warm hand usually restores it. If the Connect itself is at fault it is normally residue on the magnetic adapter interrupting the contact, which a swab and isopropyl fixes. Let it dry before refitting. A burnt taste means a spent cart, which is a replacement rather than a clean.

The Connect unit, its tank and housing, a hemp travel case, a 14mm male glass adapter with its connector, a micro USB charging cable and three spare O-rings. That means it works with a 14mm water pipe straight out of the box. If your glass is 10mm or 18mm you will need the matching adapter, which is sold separately.
